Products
Our prepackaged products will arrive to you already filled and ready to go.

Samples
We suggest you try samples of our products first before buying full size.  There are no returns on wholesale orders.  You can purchase samples at our retail site.

Minimums Orders
Our wholesale minimum is $100 for your first order.

Pricing
We will e-mail you our wholesale price sheet once you have been approved for your wholesale account.

Order processing and Shipping
We will process your order as soon as possible.  Processing time depends on how many current orders we have and the time of year.  We handcraft our products in small batches to ensure accuracy & freshness.  This involves a great deal of time.  We strive to keep stocked up, but sometimes we have to create products just for your order.  We ship by USPS.  We will charge you actual shipping charges.  Once paid, your order will ship and you will be notified by e-mail.

International Customers
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

All International orders are shipped with a tracking number.

You understand that it may take up to 30 days or longer to receive your order due to USPS or Customs regulations.  WTM is not responsible for transit times.
